Things that make me go huh?!

While looking at the fountain in the park earlier tonight, I heard the following comment from my mother-in-law, (who is visiting for Easter weekend):

"I wonder if they put some of that stuff in it to keep from freezing, like they use in Florida."

Huh? Is there a big problem with fountains freezing in Florida that I am not aware of?

It's going to be a LOOONG weekend.
