I came across this list of the Top 10 Filibuster Falsehoods and had to share it.
I knew there was alot of misleading rhetoric coming from Republican leaders and their echo chamber, but I was unaware that Sen. Frist himself voted to filibuster one of President Clinton's judicial nominees, Richard Paez on March 8, 2000. (Link to Vote)
So much for Frist's claim that the use of the filibuster when considering judicial nominees is "unprecedented".
