Governor Joe Manchin announced today that WV Clothing Vouchers will increase by $50 to $200 per child this year.This is good news for the 57,000 children that are served by this program.
The vouchers help children get ready for school and will help pay for shoes, winter coats and other necessary items.
This is a win-win situation for the kids who will have what they need for going back to school, and for the stores who will sell $2.85 million more in kids clothes.
