To my surprise, Senator John McCain just told Jay Leno that his nominee for Supreme Court would be Fred Thompson. It appears that the Honorable Senator from Arizona has been reading this post. He even cited Dick Cheney's similar role in selecting a Vice President nominee in 2000.
I am honored that such an influential leader stopped by the blog. Now the question is how do I use this new found influence...
