Any other ideas?
President Kopp (MU), President Hardesty (WVU) and Governor Manchin,
I want to suggest an idea for the state of West Virginia, WVU and Marshall University to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. It appears that Tulane University may have to cancel classes for its fall semester.
As a colleague school in Conference USA, I suggest that Marshall University open its doors to Tulane students, without any cost for out of state tuition. Perhaps, WVU and other WV colleges and universities could do the same.
Best wishes,
Jim McKay
