The event is being held in support of raising the minimum wage at both the state and federal levels. Aside from labor, religious and community allies, Governor Joe Manchin and two key aides have been invited as have House Speaker Bob Kiss, Senate President Earl Ray Tomblin, and the members of the state House and Senate judiciary committee.

A growing number of states are signing laws to raise the minimum wage.  With your help, West Virginia can be next.
