Last Friday, we had a fun time at the spring carnival at the school Jake will attend for kindergarten this fall. Jake played all of the games and is getting comfortable with the school, which is good for the fall. The kids, parents and teachers were all nice, and it was a very fun evening.
We even got to see Super Bowl champion receiver, Troy Brown with his two sons. I'm pretty sure Troy's youngest son will be in kindergarten with Jake next year. I guess that means I won't be the most athletic dad at any father-son outings, not that there was much chance anyway.
That's OK, because Jake is rapidly becoming the best athlete in our family.
I pulled together another comic highlighting Jake's run on the obstacle course against his good friend Sage. I hear that Mel Kiper is already scouting the school's playground for the 2023 NFL draft.
