BREAKING NEWS -- Mayo to Play

WSAZ-TV reports that Judge Dan O'Hanlon has issued a temporary restraining order allowing 5 reserve players and O.J. Mayo to play in tonight's game against Artesia at Duke University.

WSAZ has also posted the court documents and team reports to the WVSSAC here.

The documents allege that referee, Mike Lazo, taunted Mayo throughout the game prior to issuing the technical fouls that resulted in his ejection from the game. The statements also indicate that Mayo's attorney has 3 DVDs with videotape evidence confirming Mayo and HHS Coach McGuffin's representation of the events in question.

The WVSSAC has 20 days to respond to the injunction which focused primarily on the WVSSAC's denial of due process to provide an opportunity for appeal.
