Any guesses which Daily Mail columnist suggested they publish this Washington Post story, which prominently features pictures of attractive teen track star Allison Stokke?
As Raging Red documented in this "research project" from last fall, it's a classic Don Surber style approach.
Publish a story that feigns shock and dismay that people are exploiting the girl by putting her picture on blogs and websites, and then use the story as an excuse to post those same provocative photos for themselves.
Making matters worse, the Washington Post photo apparently wasn't deemed provocative or sexy enough, so the Daily Mail searched the net and found their own pictures of the teenager to post instead.
As the church lady would say, "How convenient!"
