I just received an email saying that Senator Obama is heading to Appalachia immediately to begin the general election as the presumptive nominee.
He will be in Bristol, VA for a Town Hall meeting on Thursday morning, June 5.
Although he's not quite back to WV yet, I think this is a great sign that Senator Obama is going to compete hard in Appalachia and WV.
