With all his usual eloquence, Rep. John Boehner (House Minority Leader) summed up the essential difference between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party during his remarks on passage of health insurance reform this weekend.

Democrats say, "Yes, we can."

Republicans say yell, "Hell no, you can't!"
