Did He Just Say That?

Did the President of the United States really ask Charlie Gibson if he "needed wood"?

Other quotable quotes from the leader of the free world...
  • "That's not what the Constitution says. The Constitution of the United States says we're all -- you know, it doesn't say that. It doesn't speak to the equality of America. "

  • "We've got battling green eye shades."

  • "The Halls of Europe"

  • "Senator Kerry Kennedy"? (What's his name anyway?)

  • BUSH: "Is my time up yet?"
GIBSON: "No, you can keep going."
BUSH: "Good. You looked at me like my clock was up."

Note to readers - pick your own punch-line:
    a. "No, I looked at you like you are an idiot."
    b. "Your time will be up on Nov. 2nd."
    c. "Damn, dad told me not to wear a watch."

You are a responsible citizen who takes the time to educate himself before he votes.

We all should do that. I confess, I don't know enough about the issues to voice my views but I am learning.

Keep an open mind.

Thank you.

If you are still undecided let me share the advice that James Taylor offered during last night's Vote for Change Concert.

He recommended taking a careful look at both candidates and then vote for the one that's smarter.

That's wise advice in my book.
